CDL Tractor and Trailer Usage Policy
1. The tractor and/or trailer may be used for CDL class purposes only with the following exception:
a. Use in service of PCC owned or leased business.
2. The tractor and/or trailer may not be used in service of personal property, including transporting livestock.
3. Drivers of the tractor/trailer may include:
a. CDL instructors(s)
b. CDL students only when accompanied by a PCC CDL instructor. (Students may only drive the tractor when the trailer has an empty load.)
c. PCC employees whose current CDL Class A license has been valid a minimum of two
(2) years. The license must be on file in the office of the Vice President of Finance and
d. Operations prior to vehicle use.
*At no time may PCC students not currently enrolled in a CDL class operate the tractor/trailer.
