CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
All employees shall immediately disclose by written statement to their supervisors and to the President any personal interest or personal involvement they may have in any business transaction of the College. The college President, Vice Presidents, and athletic director shall annually sign a conflict of interest disclosure statement, which will be filed in the office of the Vice President for Finance and Operations.
For grants any disclosed conflicts of interest must be provided in writing to the Federal Awarding Agency or pass through entity in accordance with 2 CFR, 200.112 and 200.113.
