Pratt Community College is a hybrid entity for purposes of HIPAA and will comply with all applicable Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) provisions ensuring the confidentiality of protected health information.
Staff Training Required
Pratt Community College shall provide appropriate and timely professional development activities regarding HIPAA requirements as needed.
Compliance Required
All staff shall abide by HIPAA requirements and maintain the confidentiality of protected health information. Pratt Community College shall provide notice to staff and students as required by law.
