Regular full-time employees shall receive two (2) personal days (16 hours) annually.
Leave must be submitted in one (1) hour increments.
Except for unforeseen emergencies, personal leave should be scheduled as far in advance as possible. Personal days are non-cumulative and must be taken prior to June 30 each year, the end of the fiscal year. Separating employees shall not be reimbursed for personal days not taken.
