All results of experimental work; all products of research and development; all inventions, creations, products and software resulting from institutionally sponsored research shall be retained by Pratt Community College.
In the event patentable inventions or copyrighted software result or grow out of the institutionally sponsored research and development having a resulting commercial value to Pratt Community College from institution assignment of any patent or from royalties, license fees or other charges based on any patent or copyrighted materials, not less than fifteen percent (15%) of that portion of the net revenue generated as a result of such invention, patent or copyright shall be paid to the inventor.
Pratt Community College shall retain ownership of any invention, patent, copyright or products of research and development including the right to publish all data of fundamental value to science and technology.
Pratt Community College shall retain the unqualified and unrestricted right to determine whether any invention, product, work, research, development, invention, creation, product, or software shall be patented or copyrighted.
