When there is a death of an employee, a Board member, or a member of his or her immediate family (mother, father, husband, wife, child, sibling), the President may authorize a memorial be provided in the memory of the deceased person. In the event of a former employee who has been employed within the past two years, it will be up to the President’s discretion if a memorial is sent.
Suggested memorials:
A card of sympathy and explanation of the above procedures shall be mailed to the family.
