The Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991 requires Pratt Community College to conduct pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, random, post-accident, and return to duty testing for controlled substances and alcohol misuse of each employee who is required to obtain a commercial drivers license (CDL) as part of their job duties at PCC. Pratt Community College utilizes THMC Services, Inc. as the third party administrator for the drug and alcohol testing and reporting.
