User Profile Rights for Power Campus

Department managers will be responsible with assigning profile rights for PowerCampus users as per employee responsibilities. Managers will coordinate with the IT Department to ensure profiles are timely and accurate. Profiles will be reviewed semi-annually by the Data Management Committee to ensure coordination of operations. Each Vice President will review assigned profiles annually following review by the Data Management Committee and in conjunction with the annual financial audit. The Personnel Office will include check-off of "user rights" at the time of an employee’s resignation as part of the employee exit process.
