The COVID-19 vaccine is now available for anyone 16 years of age or older.
Instructions for signing up for the vaccine are as follows per Pratt Community College Health Nurse Leigh Ann Hall:
- Individuals may contact the Pratt County Health Dept. at 620-672-4135 to sign up for an available day/appointment time.
- Call to sign up for a time during the next scheduled vaccination clinic Thursday April 1st, between 10:30 and 12pm at the Community Center at 619 N. Main street.
- Interested parties may also sign up at the Dillon’s website for an appointment day/time. https://www.dillons.com/rx/covid-eligibility
- There is no charge for the vaccine, but take your insurance card if available, and an ID.
Students are encouraged to take this opportunity to get vaccinated. PCC Students needing transportation can fill out this form.
