PCC Hosts All-Girl Welding Clinic at Kingman High School

Pratt Community College hosted an all-girl Welding clinic at Kingman High School.

The clinic was hosted by PCC Welding Technology instructors Jason Birkenbaugh and Daryl Lucas and current Pratt CC welding students.

While all students are invited to check out our outstanding Welding Technology programs, some need a little more of a welcome to get comfortable. And the young ladies had no problem jumping right in!

The All Girl Clinic allows PCC to expose students to a career they may not have considered before, while also adding valuable life experience no matter which career path they choose.

Our Career Technical Education (CTE) programs allow high students to get a jump start on a career by being able to earn college credits while still in high school.

We have several career pathways available at multiple locations, check out our College Start - CTE program page to learn more! You may also learn more about Welding Technology at PCC.
