DeWeese Recognized at Board of Trustees Meeting

At Monday’s Board of Trustees meeting, David Schmidt presented Pratt Community College and Board Chair, Dwane DeWeese with a special Employer Support of the National Guard and Reserve Award recognition. UPDATE: Second PCC employee positive test for COVID – 19

The safety and wellbeing of the Pratt Community College campus community remains our highest concern.

Today, March 31, 2020, we were informed by the Pratt County Health Department of another positive COVID – 19 test for a second employee who works primarily in Chandler Hall. The employee has no travel history or underlying health conditions and has been home in quarantine since March 12, 2020. This is Pratt County’s first confirmed case of COVID-19.

PCC is working with the Pratt County Health Department and our employee to identify any possible exposures to close contacts.…

Today, March 27, 2020 PCC administration was informed of a positive COVID – 19 test for an employee who works primarily in Chandler Hall on the Pratt Campus. The employee’s most recent day at work in Pratt was Thursday March 12, 2020 and on the Winfield Campus was Friday March 13, 2020.

UPDATE: PCC operations update amid COVID-19 pandemic

Pratt Community College President Dr. Michael Calvert updates the PCC community about college  operations moving forward.

Pratt Community College is closely monitoring the ongoing situation involving the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Given the uncertainty of the circumstances, PCC is taking proactive steps to help ensure the health and safety of our students, faculty, staff and community.
