Regular Part-time (.50 FTE) </strong><br />

Vacation Leave:<br />
• Fifteen (15) days per year first three years—prorated<br />
• Twenty (20) days per year every year thereafter—prorated<br />

Sick Leave:<br />
• Ten (10) days per year first three years—prorated<br />

• Group health insurance premiums, child or dependent care, and medical expenses may be paid for with tax-free dollars<br />

• Mandatory contribution of 6% of gross pay toward retirement<br />
• Term life insurance equal to 150% of annual salary<br />
