In the Allied Health area, a number of short term courses are offered to provide education for employment in a variety of health care settings. Training prepares students to take state exams for certification.
CNA and CMA classes are hybrid classes with the theory portion being online with in-person clinical days. HHA and CMA update courses are online.

Students must be 16 years of age or older and are not required to have a high school diploma or GED before being admitted to the program. However, students currently enrolled in high school need permission from their high school.

Kansas Promise Scholarship Opportunities
Nurse Aide, Medication Aide, and Home Health Aide program students from Kansas are eligible for the Kansas Board of Regents Promise Act Scholarship. This scholarship is a last dollar scholarship, which means that a student may receive a scholarship in the amount of aggregate tuition, required fees, books and materials minus all other financial aid (including grants and scholarships) that does not require repayment.
