TREATMENT OF PERSONNEL
With respect to treatment of college employees, students and volunteer staff,
the President will not allow or cause conditions which are unfair or undignified.
Accordingly, the President will not:
1. Operate without personnel policies and procedures which clarify
personnel rules for employees, provide for effective handling of
grievances, and protect against wrongful conditions.
2. Fail to acquaint employees with their rights under Board Policies 4-02, 4-
03, 4-04 and 4-06.
3. Operate without student policies and procedures which clarify rules and
regulations for students, provide for effective handling of grievances and
protect against wrongful conditions.
The President shall be the final level of appeal for all employee and student
actions, except where outlined in Administrative Policy 200-29
Complaint/Grievance Policy and Procedures.
