Consistent with the Pratt Community College mission and philosophy as a learningcentered institution of higher education and its support for academic freedom, the Board of Trustees supports freedom of expression in the fine and performing arts as a means of facilitating learning. The Board charges the president to ensure that institutional procedures are in place to protect this freedom within the context of public accountability.
