The mission of the Rodeo Club of Pratt Community College is to provide students with educational experiences and opportunities to become active leaders on campus and in the Pratt community by demonstrating leadership skills and abilities. The Rodeo club is open to all students with an interest in the sport of rodeo.
The objectives of the club are to (1) promote student interest and leadership in rodeo, (2) strengthen, improve and promote the rodeo profession and image, (3) provide service to PCC and the Pratt community by helping maintain the rodeo facilities, (4) provide support for the annual college rodeo and other rodeo related functions.
The rodeo club activity is evident through out the community and on campus. Events include downtown fall decorations, elementary school rodeo exhibition, community chili supper, fall NIRA rodeo, Halloween Spooktacular, and intra-mural rodeo.
