Nothing gives you and your student a better idea of what a campus is like than walking the grounds, sitting in a class, eating the food, and talking with students, faculty, and staff. Pratt Community College has multiple visit options that will range from a 30-minute self-guided tour to spending a full day of exploration. To learn more about campus visits see our Campus Visit Information.
Financing the College Education
You are a key partner for your student when it comes to financing their college education. Help your student research their options and stay on top of important deadlines and dates. Financial aid can be awarded at all stages of your student's academic career. Help them see the big picture and encourage them to apply for different types of aid throughout their academic career.
Research is one of the most important steps to earning financial aid. Investigate all options from scholarships and grants, to loans and work-study programs. Visit the Financial Information page for more information.
Fill out a Scholarship Application to be eligible for both departmental as well as activity/athletic scholarships.
It is important as a prospective student to fill out a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Your parents will need to utilize their income tax returns for the previous year (usually available after January 1st of your senior year) to fill out the online application. For any questions, feel free to contact Nikki at email@example.com or call: 620-450-2248.
