Degree Audit Request

Please complete the form below to request a degree audit.
Degree audits should be requested only after you have enrolled in a minimum of 40 credit hours at Pratt Community College and/or at a previous institution from which you plan to transfer credits. Prior to reaching 40 credit hours, students are encouraged to work closely with their academic advisor or high school counselor to review their degree map and ensure they are on track for completion.

Current high school students planning to finish a degree at Pratt Community College should meet with the Student Success Center and complete the Area of Study Form before requesting a degree audit. This can happen any time after earning 25 or more credit hours.

You will receive the results of your audit via email within two weeks of submitting your request.
