Pratt Community College’s Office of the Registrar is part of the Division of Student Services. The Office of the Registrar oversees academic records, enrollment services, commencement planning, and diploma production.

Our mission is to engage and collaborate with students, staff, and faculty to deliver comprehensive enrollment and academic record-related services with the utmost professionalism, integrity, accuracy, and timeliness while keeping the records we maintain confidential and secure.
