  4. Programs available to inform students about security and the prevention of crime;
  5. Recording of crime through local police agencies;
  6. Possession, use and sale of alcohol and drugs;
  7. Procedures for emergency notification and evacuation procedures;
  8. Disclosure of missing student notification; and
  9. Crime and Fire safety statistics annual reporting

Further, the administration shall prepare, publish and distribute statistical reports that identify the occurrence of campus crimes and the number of campus arrests for crimes specified in the Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act of 1990 and the amendments in 1992, 1998, 2000 and 2008 now known as the Clery Act. The college will also notify the campus community of any incidents as required by law. These policy statements and statistical reports should be published on the website, in publications or mailings that are available to students and employees, as well as prospective students and the higher education community, upon request.
