Proposals shall be received at: Office of the Vice President of Finance and Operations Room 43, Benson Education Center Pratt Community College 348 NE SR 61 Pratt, Kansas 67124 for Roof Replacement on Benson Education Cener until 11:00 AM (CST), on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 Proposals must be received before the above stated Bid Deadline date and time and may be: 1. Hand Delivered to address above. 2. Mailed or Emailed Bids will NOT be considered 

Pre-Bid Conference: The Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM (CST) at the project site. Benson Education Center. 1. Roofing Contractors not present at Pre-Bid Conference will not be allowed to submit bid proposal.
