The steps below outline the admissions process in the order they should be completed. Click the file below to download a printable version of the admissions checklist.

PCC Student Checklist
- Schedule a campus visit at www.prattcc.edu/campus-tour
- Apply for admissions at www.prattcc.edu/apply
- Log in to your PCC Microsoft 365 account to access FERPA and TB Screening forms
- Complete the FAFSA at www.studentaid.gov
- Register for Beaver Building Day (Enrollment Day) — registration opens the first Monday of January
- Complete the PCC Scholarship Application via Etrieve
- Complete any needed placement testing (contact Student Success at 620-450-2156 with questions)
- Request official transcripts (high school, GED, college, or military) to be sent to registrar@prattcc.edu
- Attend Beaver Building Day — meet with advisor, finalize housing, get Student ID picture, etc.
- Set up a payment plan or pay student balance (required before moving into residence halls)
Housing
- Complete the Student Housing Application (opens first Monday of February)
- Submit $200 housing deposit
- Submit required student immunizations to Etrieve
