The administration will provide for a referral program to assist Pratt Community College employees who have or may develop a personal problem (marital, legal, alcoholism or chemical dependency, financial, emotional or stress related) that affects their productivity and interferes with their ability to satisfactorily discharge their job responsibilities. Services are also available on a strictly confidential, personal, and professional basis, to employees and their immediate family when dealing with the sometimes overwhelming pace of daily life as well as personal problems (martial, legal, alcoholism or chemical dependency, financial, emotional or stress related issues). Information is available in the personnel office.
