Pratt Community College System Upgrade Notice
Pratt Community College will be upgrading its software systems from May 29 through June 19. Several campus departments may have limited or no access to records during this upgrade. Please plan ahead to avoid disruptions.
What This Means for Students
PCC will launch a new student portal to improve how you:
- Register for classes
- View schedules
- Access financial aid
- Manage your student account.
The current system may be unavailable or reflect limited information during the upgrade period.
Important Deadlines & Department Updates
Admissions | 620-450-2217
- Apply by May 26 for:
- Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 enrollment
- June 25 – Beaver Building Day
- Applications reopen in the new system on July 1.
Advising | 620-450-2156
- Summer 2026 enrollment changes due by May 27 at 9 PM (CST)
- Change of Enrollment Forms may still be submitted and will be processed after June 19.
Student Accounts | 620-450-2143
- Online payments available until May 26 at 9 PM (CST)
- Payments made after May 27 will be posted in late June.
- During the transition, you can still make payments by check, cash, or credit card by phone by contacting the PCC Business Office. These payments will be accepted, but may not appear in your account until late June.
Financial Aid | 620-450-2247
- No FAFSA processing or disbursements during the upgrade
- Student workers:
- Last day to log hours: May 8; Paid on May 14.
- New Financial Aid Portal launches for 2026–2027.
Housing | 620-450-2120
- Housing applications will remain available during the transition.
Registrar’s Office | 620-450-2221
- Change of Enrollment Forms may still be submitted and will be processed after June 19.
- Official transcript requests will continue to be processed.
