PCC WOO Students Assist with State NASP Event in Hutchinson

Students from Pratt Community College’s Wildlife Outfitting & Operations (WOO) program recently traveled to Hutchinson on Friday, March 27, to assist with the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) state event. WOO students played an active role in supporting the event, helping ensure a smooth and successful experience for participants from across the state. Their involvement highlights the program’s commitment to hands-on learning and real-world experience in outdoor and recreational settings.

This marks the third consecutive year PCC WOO students have assisted with the state NASP event, a partnership they continue to value. Students consistently enjoy the opportunity to be involved, connect with younger participants, and contribute to an event that promotes archery education and outdoor engagement. Through experiences like this, PCC’s WOO program continues to prepare students with practical skills while fostering a passion for the outdoors and local community and state involvement.
