PCC Students Receive Beaver Bytes Awards

The Beaver Bytes staff wrapped up a successful 2025–2026 year by recognizing several members for their dedication, leadership, and contributions to the publication. Made up of a strong mix of freshmen, sophomores, and student managers, this year’s team played a key role in continuing the growth and success of Beaver Bytes.
Among the honorees, Justyce Knight was named Staff Member of the Fall Semester, while Emma Guzman earned Freshman of the Year honors for her outstanding work in her first year. Gabriel Martins was recognized as Staff MVP, highlighting his consistent effort and impact on the team.
For the spring semester, Francesca Battaglia and Sophia Escolano were both named Staff Members of the Spring Semester for their leadership and commitment. Natalie Martinez was also recognized as a Staff Member of the Fall Semester, though she was not pictured with her certificate. Rounding out the awards, Alfonso Santos, a third-year sophomore and student manager, was named MVP for his continued leadership and dedication to the program.
The Beaver Bytes staff also included valuable contributions from Samya Baily, Jose Moreira, Aaliyah Bailey, and student manager Lucy Davis, whose efforts helped make this year a success.
Together, this group demonstrated creativity, teamwork, and a strong commitment to storytelling on campus. As the year comes to a close, Beaver Bytes celebrates its staff’s accomplishments and looks forward to continued success in the years ahead.
