Rachel, PCC’s Co Athletic Director, shared: “Jacob came to PCC Athletics to speak to the coaches and staff, and his workshop/presentation brought insight, new ideas, and created a pathway for each member to understand their “WHY” and core values as a leader. His approach to leadership using the AVOCADO leadership mentality is something many coaches have continued to talk about. We can’t wait to have him back and see how the coaches utilize this workshop with their student athletes.”
The workshop provided PCC coaches with practical tools they can immediately implement within their programs, strengthening team culture, enhancing communication, and reinforcing purpose-driven leadership across all athletic teams. Pratt Community College Athletics remains committed to investing in professional development opportunities that empower coaches and staff to better serve student athletes both on and off the field. Hosting leaders like Jacob Brown reflects PCC’s continued dedication to excellence, growth, and building a championship culture rooted in purpose.
