Professional Exempt, Non-Exempt Benefits
Regular Full-time (1.0 FTE)

Vacation Leave:
• Fifteen (15) days per year first three years
• Twenty (20) days per year every year thereafter

Sick Leave:
• Ten (10) days per year first three years
• Fifteen (15) days per year every year thereafter
• Accumulative to 90 days

• Five (5) days per occurrence (immediate family)

Personal Leave:
• Two (2) days per year, non-accumulative

Flexible Benefit Plan:
• Group health insurance premiums, child or dependent care, and medical expenses may be paid for with tax-free dollars

Kansas Public Employees Retirement System (KPERS):
• Mandatory contribution of 6% of gross pay toward retirement
• Term life insurance equal to 150% of annual salary
• Disability insurance after 180 days of disability

• Employee, spouse & dependent children may attend PCC campus classes tuition free

Group Health Insurance:
• Employee medical and dental coverage provided
• Option to purchase family medical and dental coverage:
Enrollment in the group plan is not mandatory, however, the employee who waives the right to enroll in the coverage as provided above will not receive compensation equal to premium costs in lieu of the insurance.

Group Life Insurance:
• $15,000 group term life insurance
• $20,000 term life insurance

Paid holidays include: Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Friday following, December 24 through January 1
