A reception was held in the Riney Student Conference Center to honor Carol Ricke in her retirement after a total of 35 years as a Business instructor at Pratt Community College.

In addition to members of Carol's family and Pratt CC employees, there were several retired Pratt CC instructors in attendance, including four former business instructors Wanda Deen, Pat Gordon, Mary Gordon and Junnae Landry.

Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) and Kappa Beta Delta (KBD) inducted their newest members at a ceremony in the Riney Student Conference Center.

PTK is the honor society for students attending community and two-year colleges. KBD is a Business Honor Society for students in two-year colleges, or associate degree programs accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).

Pratt Community College Automotive Technology faculty members taught automotive clinics for high school girls at three locations for the Spring 2023 semester.

The clinics have taken place in PCC’s Automotive shop on the Pratt campus. PCC’s auto shop at Kingman High School and the South Central Pathways shop in Attica, KS.

PCC’s honor society Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) is holding a blood drive on campus with the American Red Cross on Wednesday, April 26th from 8:30am-1:00pm at Dennis Lesh Sports Arena.
