Hiring Process

PCC has a wide-range of job opportunities for federal/institutional work-study students.

Once the Financial Aid Office receives your application, it will be provided to the Supervisor of the position you applied for.

The Supervisor will review the application and contact you if they would like to interview you or refer you for hire.

The Supervisor will complete a Work-Study Contract Referral Form and send it to the Financial Aid Office.

Once the Financial Aid Office receives the Work-Study Contract Referral Form, a Work-Study Contract will be created and sent to the student first, then the supervisor. The Contract is a fillable PDF that requires a digital signature.
