PCC Athletes Named to All-Academic Team

Pratt Community College is proud to announce that 19 student-athletes have been named to the KJCCC All-Academic Team for the Fall 2013 semester. Each semester, the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference recognizes the athletes who have earned a 3.50 GPA and above.

“I am extremely proud of these student athletes, who have shown dedication not only to their sport but to their education,” said PCC Athletic Director Kurt McAfee. “We pride ourselves on having an athletic program where individuals learn to compete in all aspects of their lives, and succeeding in the classroom is an important part of that.”

Representing Women’s Soccer on the All-Academic Team are Kaitlyn Caron, Lorna Esson, Kelsey Kurek, Lauren Snyder, and Cheyenne Young.

Representing Men’s Soccer are Nathan Garner and David Nobo.

Representing Volleyball are Jocelyn Cochran, Corbyn Crump, Haylee Eck, Allison Evans, Taylor Janes, Haley McKee, Victoria Pierce, Shelbe Pywell, Tausha Sniff, Steven Walters and Kelsie Wegleitner.

Representing Cross Country is Anthony Soto.
