Game 1: Pratt 6 Bethany 3 win (2-8)

Baseball

Beavers handed the ball to red shirt freshman Kane McCarthy and look to ride his hot start. Kane would go 5.0 innings allowing 5 hits 2 runs walking 2 and striking out 4. It was a strong outing that was exactly what the Beavers needed. The offense finally stepped up as well. The Beavers were able to put together quality at bats and string hits together. The offense got started by freshman Julio Ibarra opening up with a double to left center field. The Beavers wouldn't stop there.

Your Beaver baseball team traveled to Hays High School—due to the weather of previous days—to host Garden City Community College. Facing conditions of a high school field—320ft to right and left field fence—and winds up to 30mph the Beavers would have their work cut out for them.

Game 1: PCC vs. Northeast Texas Community College loss 15-9 On a cold night the Beavers opened their season down in Mount Pleasant, Texas. The Beavers would open with staff ace Evan Payne. Payne would only go 3+ innings allowing 6 runs. The Beavers were shaky in their opening game on the mound and on defense. We were able to hold our own offensively, but our downfall came from defensive mishaps. Offensively the first runs were scored on a bases loaded double by Catcher Avery Booth. Followed by a solo homerun by first baseman Ethan Schlesener "Sledge".
