Pratt Community College announces their hours for the Summer of 2017.

Summer hours begin Monday, May 22, 2017 and will extend through Friday, July 28, 2017. Operating business hours will be  7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday.

Annual Academic Olympics a Success

On Feb 24, 750 students attended Pratt Community College’s annual Academic Olympics. The students came from 21 high schools around the state and competed in various scholastic, technical and artistic categories. The top three students in each category were awarded with certificates recognizing their achievement.

This year, event growth and improvement included the addition of competition categories in Spanish I and II and the skilled eye of local professional photographer Stan Reimer as a judge in the photography category.

PCC Hosts Academic Olympics and Car Show

Nearly 700 high school students are expected on Pratt Community College’s campus Feb. 24 for the annual Academic Olympics.

The students, from 21 area high schools, will take part in competitions and tests to see where they rank against their peers.

There are 56 competitions to choose from, ranging from welding to algebra to agriculture. Each student is able to pick three areas in which to compete.

PCC signs nursing agreement with the University of Kansas

Earning your Bachelors of Science in Nursing after attending Pratt Community College is now even simpler in lieu of an articulation agreement between PCC and the University of Kansas. The agreement, which allows nurses who have completed Pratt's Associate's Degree in Nursing program, allows students to transition directly in to KU's online RN-to-BSN program.
