We can provide training that: Is job specific and related to your need for training without disrupting the work force or work routine and offers an opportunity to earn college credits or even and Associates Degree and addresses local or U.S. Department of Labor Apprenticeship Training Program Standards. We use the Internet to deliver the cognitive (knowing) content of the Program. The Internet allows the flexibility to deliver the content almost anywhere and at anytime. We are exploring opportunities to enhance the Internet delivery using Videocassettes, ITV and/or other instructional protocols. Having developed the knowledge and determined that the learner knows "what, why and how" we deliver the application of the knowledge at the work place. We believe the Journeyman work place supervisor of the Apprentice learner, with preparation and quidance from us, is in an ideal position to deliver this part of the Program. This procedure is very much like the apprenticeship programs already in place. We believe there needs to be a connection between the Program and our campus here in Pratt. Frankly, there are some learner examination integrity issues we still need to resolve. Ten percent of a typical class is less that 8 hours. We can customize a program to meet your needs. We have been delivering instruction for the Electrical Power Transmission and Distribution industry for over 15 years. Our graduates are sought after in over five different states. The placement rate and employer satisfaction rate for our graduates is always extremely high. We have been a provider of employee update training for the industry for over 10 years. We routinely provide training on-site and off-site for linemen throughout the State of Kansas.
