Monday, 29 September, 2008

The Pratt Community College Rotaract Club spent Sunday, September 28 helping with a Faith In Action Work Day in Plainville, Kansas.

The group was invited by the grandmother of one of the members and worked all day Sunday along side members of the Plainville and Stockton commununities.

The Rotaract members were divided into two teams. One team was responsible for rehabilitating a park, the other team painted a house for an elderly couple.

The Rotaract group continues to work diligently at the new Pratt Area Humane Society building in hopes of completing work soon so that the facility can open.
