The KARE 1 (Kansas Assisting Recovery Effort) Team will present a public forum at Pratt Community College on Tuesday, April 29 at 7p in Carpenter Auditorium.

The group will talk about the disaster recovery efforts in the five county area affected by the May 2007 tornadoes. They will discuss reactions to disaster, crisis support and the impact pyramid. The team has been working in the five counties with an office in Greensburg since June 2007. Their program will continue through the beginning of June 2008.
