All employees shall immediately disclose by written statement to their supervisors and to the President any personal interest or personal involvement they may have in any business transaction of the College. The college president, vice presidents, deans, athletic director and director of development shall annually sign a conflict of interest disclosure statement which will be filed in the office of the Vice President for Finance and Operations.
