Pratt Community College announces their hours for the Summer.

Summer hours begin Monday, May 21 and will extend through Friday, July 27. Operating business hours will be  7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday.

Club 62+ announces schedule of events for Summer & Fall 2018

Pratt Community College announces the Summer and Fall 2018 activity schedule for Club 62+ and invites eligible members of the public to participate. Club 62+ is a community organization for residents of Pratt, Kingman, Barber, Kiowa and Stafford counties who are 62 years of age and above.

There is no cost for membership in Club 62+ and benefits include access to exclusive programs and activities, free admission to home sporting events at the college, and waived tuition for any college course (fees and book costs still apply).

Susan Mayberry, coordinator of Club 62+ has released the schedule for the summer.

Summer/Fall 2018 Schedule

Stearman Field Bar & Grill and Infinity Art Glass // June 21, 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. $10 plus lunch. RSVP by June 10
We will visit the Infinity Art Glass and view Scott Hartley’s hand-blown art work. We will be having lunch at Stearman Field Bar and Grill. (They will be charging us a twenty percent gratuity because of our large group.) Easy going American eatery with a cavernous patio overlooking classic planes on landing strip. Both of these establishments are located in Benton, Kan.

Dodge City Casino // July 23, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. $10 plus lunch. RSVP by July 15
Transportation will be provided to the casino in Dodge City for or a day of fun. You will be responsible for your own lunch at the casino. We must have 20 or more people to make this trip possible.

Field Station: Dinosaurs // August 20. 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. RSVP by Aug. 13. Cost TBD
Field Station Dinosaurs is a world-class family attraction that brings more than 40 animatronic, lifelike dinosaurs to Derby, KS. From well-known dinos like the Stegosaurus, Triceratops, Brachiosaurus and fearsome T. rex to dinosaurs found in the Smoky Hills of Kansas (Niobrarasaurus, Nyctosaurus, Tylosaurus), families will get a chance to explore the natural habitats of these ravenous beasts and leave knowing they have become scientists in the field of paleontology.

Hutchinson Cosmosphere // September 18, 9 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. $10 plus lunch. RSVP by Sept. 5
