Women’s Soccer Remains Undefeated with Dodge Win

 Coming off a conference win on Friday, the PCC Women’s Soccer Team squared off in a non-conference match on Tuesday. This was PCC’s first contest at their temporary home pitch in Havilland, KS, and the win moved them to 2-0 on the season.

Men's Soccer Opens with Win over Indy

The Pratt Community College Men’s Soccer Team opened their 2010 campaign with a hard fought 1-0 win against Independence Community College on Friday. Callum Charlton scored the winning goal just before the halftime whistle. Pratt had several other excellent scoring opportunities in the second half, but could not capitalize on any of them.

Volleyball Goes 2-2 in Opening Tournament

It was a somewhat auspicious beginning for the 2010 Beaver volleyball squad, as the freshman laden team went 2-2 over the weekend in Lamar, Colorado. Pratt defeated Clarendon (TX) and Sheridan (WY), but lost to #21 Laramie County (WY) and Western Wyoming.

Lady Beaver Soccer Team Nets Historic Win

The Lady Beaver Soccer Team opened their inaugural season with a victory over Independence on Friday afternoon. Pratt defeated their Jayhawk Conference opponent 2-1.  Alycia Reed scored the historic first goal for Pratt's women's soccer program, taking a cross from Tanya Morales.

Students who have been residing in Kansas for 6 months prior to classes starting may apply for in-state tuition by providing the following information to the Office of the Registrar:

1. Completed Residency Statement (obtained in the Office of the Registrar)

2. A physical Kansas address (no PO boxes)

3. The student must provide proof of at least three of the following:
a. Receipt for purchase of Kansas license tags dated at least 6 months before term starts.
b. Receipt for payment of Kansas property taxes, dated at least 6 months before term starts.
c. Employment verification or payroll check stubs from a Kansas employer or school attendance at (college or university) commencing six (6) months prior to the first day of classes of the semester.
d. Copy of voter registration in the State of Kansas dated six (6) months prior to the school term.
e. Copy of Kansas driver’s license dated at least six (6) months prior to the school term.
f. Utility receipt and/or rent receipts continuously for the prior six (6) months.
g. Verification from a Kansas resident that the above named student has resided with him/her/them for six (6) months before the school term starts.

Students will be notified of residency requirements and the procedure for processing paperwork prior to the early enrollment period. The Registrar serves as the key contact for students, faculty, and staff.
