Friends University, Pratt Community College Sign Articulation Agreement

27 May 2014

Friends University is partnering with Pratt Community College (PCC) on an articulation agreement that allows students to seamlessly transfer credits from PCC to Friends University.

“We are pleased to partner with PCC on this agreement, which allows a student who completes an associate degree at PCC to be accepted as a College of Adult and Professional Studies student at Friends University,” said Dr. Darcy Zabel, interim president of Friends University. “This agreement recognizes that PCC students have completed their general education requirements and are ready to pursue a bachelor’s degree at Friends.”

The articulation agreement was signed by President Zabel and Dr. Mike Calvert, president of PCC, May 13 at the Friends University campus in Wichita.

Friends University offers bachelor’s and master’s degrees for busy adults at its main campus in Wichita, education centers in Topeka and the greater Kansas City area, and online.

Pratt Community College is located in Pratt, Kansas. It offers both certificate and associate’s degrees and serves more than 3,000 students annually through on-campus and online classes.
