PCC’s honor society Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) is holding a blood drive on campus with the American Red Cross on Wednesday, April 26th from 8:30am-1:00pm at Dennis Lesh Sports Arena.

Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our lifetime, according to the American Red Cross. Please help in joining this life-saving mission.

Students are entered into a drawing for gift baskets after reviewing and signing the Safe Spring Break Pledge before leaving campus for Spring Break.

2023 Commencement Ceremonies will be held at Dennis Lesh Sports Arena on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 1pm and 3pm.

The 1pm Ceremony is for AAS graduates and Certificate programs. The 3pm Ceremony is for AA, AS, and AGS graduates.

Save the date! The 35th Annual Scholarship at Pratt Community College is set for Friday, May 5, 2023. Doors open at 6pm, with dinner served from 6:30 to 7:30 and live auction beginning at 8pm.

The money raised awards approximately 90 students with scholarships. PCC’s Automotive Department held a hands-on “No Boys Allowed” auto clinic, giving female students an opportunity to turn a wrench and get their hands dirty learning basic vehicle maintenance.

Students from Pratt, South Barber and Macksville high schools joined us in the shop where PCC faculty manned stations, teaching how to check and change the oil in a car, remove and change a tire, jump start a vehicle, know what to look for when dashboard lights come on, and what to know when taking a car…

Pratt CC welcomed 16 high schools and approximately 600 students to campus for the Academic Olympics event.

Students compete against other schools academically by taking tests, performing a task or submitting entries for judging in multiple categories. Subjects include Math, Science, English, Animal Science, Auto Mechanics, Art, Creative Writing, Vocal Solos and Duets and many others.
