A. Once you are enrolled in the course through Pratt Community College the Online Administrator will add you into the course on Blackboard Learn. You will receive an email containing login information and instructions on how to access the course.
Q. How do I drop a Blackboard Learn class?
A. Fill out a drop request form in the Admissions office.
Q. How do I withdraw from a class on Blackboard Learn?
A. Email the online administrator at email@example.com, stating that you need a withdrawal from the class. Include your full name, course number, and date of birth.
Q. Why do I have 'guest status' in my course?
A. The most common reason for a 'guest status' (similar to a pending status on eduKan and Pratt Online) is that your payment has not been received or financial aid has not been applied. Contact the business office at 620-450-2143 or 620-450-2134 to check your balance and make payment.
