Pratt Community College students have many financial aid options, including scholarships, grants, college work study and student loans. Students should complete the online Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Students interested in an academic scholarship must complete a Scholarship Application. If awarded a PCC Scholarship, the student has to be enrolled in at least 16 credit hours for the Fall and Spring semesters. The Scholarship will cover tuition up to 18 credit hours unless otherwise noted on your scholarship agreement. Fees are not covered by the scholarship.

Contact the business office to inquire about Payment Plans or set up a payment plan here.

If you have attempted more than 96 college credit hours, you will have to complete and submit an appeal to receive financial aid. This takes additional time and may slow your financial aid package down. If you are taking courses, you must be able to pay for the courses without financial aid, if the appeal hasn't been processed. Please see additional information about a Satisfactory Progress Appeal here.

An Administrative processing fee of $100 will be charged after August 1 if students have not completed their scholarship, letter of intent or confirmed payment arrangements with the Business Office. Students without financial aid in place will be required to set-up an online payment plan in order to attend classes and move into the residence halls.
