PCC offers a state-of-the-art journalism lab including 15 IBM computers with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Word computer programs. Some of these programs include InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, GoLive, Powerpoint and Front Page. In addition, each computer has internet access. The lab is equipped with two color scanners, black and white and color printers, CD burners, and three professional-quality digital cameras and a 35 mm camera for student use.
 
A full black and white photography lab gives students the opportunity to "focus" on a great education. In addition to computer and photography labs, the student publications facility includes a conference room for conducting editorial meetings; a multimedia lounge for interviewing sources, researching assignments and relaxing with staff members; a work room complete with student lockers and paste-up tables; a storage room for archiving past newspaper and magazine issues; and a "wall-of-fame" that features pictures of all members of student publications and those winning monthly staff awards.
