With respect to treatment of college employees and volunteer staff, the President will not allow or cause conditions which are unfair or undignified.
Accordingly, the President will not:
- Operate without personnel procedures which clarify personnel rules for staff, provide for effective handling of grievances, and protect against wrongful conditions.
- Fail to acquaint employees with their rights under Board Policies 4-02, 4-03 and 4-04.
