Beaver Backers

 

The mission of the PCC Beaver Backers is to facilitate and promote activities of the college’s Athletic Department. The Beaver Backers will work with the Athletic Director to support the needs of the department and raise funds to supplement the department’s budget. It will accomplish this while operating in compliance with the NJCAA rules and regulations.

Rebounding key in win over Allen County

Wednesday night the Women’s Basketball team traveled to Allen County to take on the Red Devils. It was the second time Pratt had taken on the Red Devils this season, as they had escaped with a three point win at home early in the season. Beavers travel to Iola, come home with victory

The Beaver Men’s Basketball team traveled to Iola, Kan. on Wednesday night to take on the Allen County Community College Red Devils. We jumped off the bus hot and burst out to a 10-0 lead that we wouldn’t relinquish the entire evening. Beavers emerge from 4 game stint 7-4, look to rebound tonight

It’s been a busy time of year for the Men’s Basketball team, and the team played four games since returning from Thanksgiving break.

Ladies drop to Coffeyville, rebound against Labette

Last weekend the Women’s team traveled to Coffeyville for two games against Jayhawk East schools. Friday, the Beavers took on the host, Coffeyville, in a really tough road environment.

Beavers defeat Redlands, lose to NOC-Tonkawa

The Beaver Men’s basketball team traveled to Oklahoma last weekend for their last two contests before Thanksgiving break. The Beavers split over the weekend, beating Redlands 90-85 in El Reno on Friday, and losing 39-51 at NOC-Tonkawa on Saturday in a rematch from a week ago. The Beavers will spend Thanksgiving break with a 5-2 record.
