The CaTERS report shall be compiled in accordance with the Kansas Board of Regents (KBOR) and appropriate manuals provided by KBOR.
Appointed by the Vice President of Instruction, the Coordinator of the CaTERS report shall utilize and maintain desktop procedures developed and approved for internal completion of the report, including: a) Specific criteria designating multiple definitions for application, and b) Specific procedures for collecting data and completion of the report.
Vocational data outcome reports prepared by the Coordinator will be presented for review and approval to Vice President of Instruction, with information copies to the President and any other designated college official, upon submission.
