The purpose of this policy is to assure that student concerns are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
- Concern Defined: Non-Personnel issues important enough to be addressed and confirmed by several students within the information sources noted in #3 below.

Procedure
- Written comments to administrative assistant to the President in one or two sentences describing the concern.
- The administrative assistant will collect, categorize and document and notify parties concerned.
- Document received by President's Council for further action
- The administrative assistant will track progress towards resolution
- Progress will be communicated to group identifying concern
