Pratt Community College is committed to developing a culture of continuous quality improvement (CQI) management to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of institutional processes.

This commitment is displayed by the college's participation in the Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP) accreditation system through the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association and through the development of CQI process teams.

Pratt Community College currently has three AQIP Action Project Teams and over one dozen CQI process teams that facilitate improved student learning and operational efficiency.
