Men's Soccer Falls 3-1 to Allen

The PCC Men’s Soccer team lost 3-1 to Allen County in what was a tightly contested match at the Haviland pitch on Tuesday. Pratt actually outshot Allen 6 to 5, but came away with only one score, a header by Mitch Kavanagh.
 
Pratt will have a chance to regroup against Western Nebraska on Saturday at 5:00pm on the Haviland pitch.

PTK hosts Blood Drive

Phi Theta Kappa will be sponsoring a blood drive through the American Red Cross on Tuesday, September 14, 2010.

Women’s Soccer Falls to Cloud and Hesston

The Lady Beavers Soccer Team held their own in two matches this week, falling 0-1 to a highly regarded Cloud County squad on Thurday, and then to Hesston 2-3 on Saturday. After jumping to a 2-0 start this season, Pratt now stands at 2-2 overall and 1-1 in conference play.
 

Lady Beaver Soccer Team Nets Historic Win

The Lady Beaver Soccer Team opened their inaugural season with a victory over Independence on Friday afternoon. Pratt defeated their Jayhawk Conference opponent 2-1.  Alycia Reed scored the historic first goal for Pratt's women's soccer program, taking a cross from Tanya Morales.

PCC XC SOLID IN SEASON OPENER AT COWLEY

The Pratt Community College Men’s and Women’s Cross Country teams started their season off Friday, August 27, with a solid opening meet at Camp Quaker Haven in Cowley County. Both the PCC Men and Women are currently running with limited numbers, but should have five runners by the time Region VI rolls around in early November.
